Our Wagyu Inside Skirt Steak is absolutely packed with buttery beefy flavor and one of the most versatile cuts around. This thin and flavorful cut is commonly used for fajitas, tacos, and stir fry, but is just as excellent grilled with a marinade, rub, or plain salt and pepper.
Pasture raised and finished with a farm-grown barley feed for unmatched tenderness and signature Wagyu marbling. Our steaks are hand cut by a master butcher, meaning sizes will vary. For special requests on thickness or weight, please put a note in your final order.
